Implementation & Product Specialist

Pactle is building software to transform how manufacturers and distributors manage their sales workflows, and we’re looking for driven, problem-solving Implementation & Product Specialists to join us as we scale.

If you enjoy working directly with customers, understanding complex business processes, and turning them into practical product workflows — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Work directly with customers to understand their business processes and requirements

Visit customer offices and map existing workflows into Pactle

Configure quotations, PIs, workflows, approvals, roles, notifications, and more

Own implementations from first meeting to configuration, training, and go-live

Train customer teams and drive product adoption

Translate customer conversations into clear product requirements

Identify recurring customer problems and contribute to product improvements

What We’re Looking For

1+ year experience in implementation, business analysis, consulting, customer success, SaaS, ERP/CRM, or similar roles

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to understand complex business processes quickly

Strong product sense, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail

High ownership and execution mindset

Comfortable travelling to customer offices

Bonus Points If You’ve Worked With

Zoho / Odoo / Tally

Salesforce / HubSpot

ERP or CRM implementation

Manufacturing or distribution businesses
