About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and building strong talent pipelines to support company growth.

2. Lead and manage internal teams by ensuring effective coordination, task delegation, performance tracking, and high productivity.

3. Take ownership of team building and people operations, contributing to a strong organizational culture and improving employee engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.

4. Demonstrate leadership by driving initiatives independently, mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
