Video Editing/Making - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scripting & shooting: Write punchy, authentic short-form scripts (vertical 9:16) on everyday parenting struggles, and shoot high-resolution video with solid framing, lighting, and audio.

2. Video editing: Edit engaging vertical Reels and Shorts using Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, or VN. Ensure clean cuts, captions, sound design, and scroll-stopping text hooks.

3. Voice & tone delivery: Script, speak, and deliver warm, conversational Hinglish (English + Hindi) content grounded in family dynamics (acting on camera if comfortable).

4. AI tool utilization: Create AI-assisted b-roll, visuals, and dubbing using tools like Veo, Kling, Runway, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs, balancing AI with real footage.

5. Testing & iteration: Make multiple hook variations, track views and retention, and use data to improve future content.

6.
