About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and parents to explain Wisetime Learning's programmes.

2. Communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and handle queries professionally.

3. Assist in demo sessions to showcase teaching methods, educational tools, and learning programmes.

4. Explain the benefits of Mathematics and Science toolkits in simple, engaging language.

5. Follow up with interested customers and support enrolment conversions.

6. Maintain records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and demo sessions.

7. Strong organisational skills to manage calls, follow-ups, and demo schedules.8. Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.9.
