In this role, you will manage, verify, and process customer documentation and written requests, ensuring strict adherence to Customer Resolution Time (CRT) targets. This is a non-voice/data-processing role suitable for both entry-level candidates and experienced documentation specialists. Role & responsibilities Document Verification: Review, verify, and validate Malayalam-language documents, applications, or written customer submissions for accuracy and compliance.SLA & CRT Management: Process all assigned back-office tickets and documentation tasks within strict Customer Resolution Time (CRT) limits.Data Entry & Management: Accurately update and maintain client profiles, case notes, and transaction histories in the internal CRM database.Written Communication: Handle customer inquiries or internal escalations via email or chat text in Malayalam and basic English.Quality Assurance: Ensure zero errors in data entry to maintain high data integrity and prevent compliance issues.Preferred candidate profile Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary School Certificate) or any Graduate.Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and understand Malayalam fluently.
