Key Responsibilities

Package Sales: Sell international cruise and holiday packages to global clients. Ticketing: Handle flight and cruise ticketing, itineraries, and modifications. Lead Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries and follow up on potential travel leads. Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients by offering tailored travel solutions. Targets: Meet monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications And Skills

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Travel BPO. Knowledge: Strong understanding of global cruise lines, holiday destinations, and ticketing systems (GDS knowledge is a plus). Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Flexibility: Comfortable working permanent night shifts. Attributes: Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
