Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Bengaluru | SaaS / AI / Product Engineering

We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a fast-growing technology organization based in Bengaluru. This is a strategic leadership role for a technology leader with strong experience in scaling engineering teams, driving product innovation, cloud architecture, AI adoption, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the companys technology vision and roadmap.

Lead engineering, architecture, platform, data, and security functions.

Drive AI and automation initiatives across products and operations.

Scale high-performing engineering teams and establish strong delivery processes.

Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and security of technology platforms.

Partner with founders, business leaders, product, and customers to drive growth.

Evaluate emerging technologies and build a future-ready tech organization.

Required Experience

1220+ years of technology leadership experience.

Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or Technology Director.

Strong background in SaaS, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and product engineering.

Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.

Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, APIs, microservices, and DevOps.

Demonstrated success in scaling teams from startup to growth-stage or enterprise environments.

Leadership Skills

Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

Excellent stakeholder and board-level communication.

Ability to attract, mentor, and retain top technology talent.

Commercial understanding of product, revenue, and customer impact.

Preferred Background

SaaS / B2B product companies.

AI-first or data-driven organizations.

High-growth startup or GCC environment. .
