Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees. Required Skills Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment. Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment will be an added advantage.
