HR Executive / Sr HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for interviews.
• Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.

Eligibility

• Graduate/MBA in HR, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3 4 years of HR experience; hospital/healthcare experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong recruitment and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Preferred: Male candidates
