1. Train and onboard students post-sales

2. Deliver prompt, efficient, and friendly responses to students across various channels

3. Initiate regular calls with the students to track their progress

4. Proactively manage the success of the assigned students and identify/develop upselling opportunities

5. Build a solid and lasting relationship with the customers

6. Perform any other tasks required to ensure customer satisfaction
