Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee

coordination, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, documentation, and employee

relations. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle

HR activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,

selection, and joining formalities.

Handle employee onboarding and documentation and ensure all required

documents are properly maintained.

Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRMS/Zing data accurately.

Monitor attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and employee movements.

Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing, incentives, deductions, and

Full & Final settlements.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, warnings, and other

employee-related issues.

Prepare and issue HR communications such as appointment letters, confirmation

letters, warning letters, transfer letters, and experience/relieving letters.

Ensure timely collection and verification of employee documents, NOCs, and other

required records.

Coordinate with department heads and managers regarding manpower

requirements and employee performance/discipline.

Maintain compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.

Support employee engagement activities, training, and HR initiatives.

Prepare regular HR reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment,

attrition, and employee status.

Handle other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by

management.
