HR Policies
Implement HR policies at the plant level in alignment with corporate guidelines.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management for plant employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR operational excellence.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Develop and implement employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Drive welfare initiatives, including health, safety, and employee well-being programs.
Performance Management & Training
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees.
Facilitate training programs to enhance workforce productivity and skill development.
Compliance & Audits
Manage HR audits and inspections from government authorities.
Maintain all necessary records, reports, and documentation for compliance.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Hr Operations, compliance, and industrial relations
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / MBA - HR
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic plant environment
