Job Description
Echobooom Management & Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Identify and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening of candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing positions within timelines.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in HR, B.Com, BBA, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
Interest in building a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
