Team Leader

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Drive customer acquisition for Kotak 811 savings accounts and other banking products. Recruit, train, and onboard new Field Sales Executives. Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and account-opening numbers. Conduct field visits and support team members in achieving targets. Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and quality account opening. Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience. Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and convincing abilities. Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. Knowledge of banking products, CASA, savings accounts, and KYC processes. Ability to manage field sales teams and improve productivity. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and mobile sales applications. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduate preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in field sales; banking sales experience preferred. Prior team-handling experience will be an advantage.
