Program & Communications Executive - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:Climate Ready Leaders (CRL) is a learning and leadership platform helping organizations and professionals thrive in the climate and sustainability transition. The firm is looking for a program & communications executive to work closely with the founder & CEO on the delivery of a major sustainability program for a leading industry organization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Program & client coordination:

1. Act as the day-to-day liaison between CRL, the client and external partners.

2. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, timelines and deliverables.

3. Maintain project trackers and ensure actions are followed through.

4. Prepare meeting agendas, notes and action points.

5. Coordinate with the technical partner, designers and other external consultants.

B. Content & communications:

1. Draft clear, engaging copy for LinkedIn, emails and program communications.

2. Support development of brochures, presentations, reports and other program materials.

3. Create simple, professional social media and communication creatives using Canva.

4. Coordinate with external designers/video creators for more complex creative requirements.

5. Additional information:Engagement:

1. Part-time: Approximately 10-15 hours per week, with additional flexibility around key program milestones.

2. Location: Remote, India time zone.

3. Duration: October 2026 – March 2027 (6 months).

4. Reporting to: Founder, CEO and climate ready leaders.
