Home Loan Relationship Officer

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Home Loan Relationship Officer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products, including Loan Against Property (LAP) and other housing finance solutions. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote home loan products.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of home loan products, including Loan Against Property and mortgage loans.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
