About the job:Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and joining.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Handle hiring across Technology, Product, and Design roles.

Screen and evaluate candidates against role requirements.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver relevant talent.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple requirements.

Drive offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining coordination.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
