We are building the operating system for urban Indian homes, so our customers can live in a well-run home without the mental load of running a home Position Summary   We are seeking a dedicated Home Chef (1+ years’ experience) to prepare, cook and serve delicious and healthy daily meals (multi-cuisine, veg and non-veg) across a select portfolio of premium homes in Koramangala, Bengaluru Key Responsibilities   Prepare and cook delicious and healthy daily meals in select premium homes Listen/Read instructions sent by the company to understand the dishes to be cooked for the day in the home Provide inputs for ingredients that have to be ordered by checking in the kitchen as part of the instructions Speak to home members for any special requests and convey it to the Manager Qualifications   Minimum Qualification of 12th Pass Preferred backgrounds: Degree in Hotel Management (Culinary) or worked in a hotel/restaurant kitchen as a line cook/chef (3-5 star)   Fluent in Hindi and Kannada; English language proficiency is a strong advantage Skills & Competencies   Core: Cooking home cooked food of multi-cuisine for premium residences in Koramangala, Bengaluru Technology: Comfortable using smartphone and applications like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc Personal Attributes   High integrity, trustworthiness, and self-motivated with a service-first mindset and composure under pressure Willingness to learn, adapt to each home’s lifestyle, and submit to background verification and reference checks Impeccable grooming, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions What We Offer   Competitive salary (₹22K–25K/month) + upto ₹5,000 performance incentive with full-time conversion after 3-month probation Opportunity to build a long-term career in a professional environment in an AI-company with fixed 9-hour workdays (including 1-hour lunch break) and 1 weekly off Up skilling opportunities through in-house training of core skills, soft skills and technology
