Candidate must have a proven track record in commercial real estate development (e.g., malls, office buildings, industrial setups).Candidate must have minimum 20 years of experience in real estate project management.Need candidate having strong experience across the entire project lifecycle – including planning, government approvals, vendor management, and execution.Need candidate with 10+ years of experience working with top-tier real estate firms such as DLF, Vatika, Unitech, etc.Candidate must have deep knowledge of construction norms, regulatory compliance, and legal approval processes.Candidate must have a well-established industry network within the real estate and construction ecosystem.
